How we use AI

• AI scans trusted news sources, groups reports of the same story and drafts a short summary in original wording, working only from the source.
• AI drafts "Case notes" following a style guide built from Danny's own writing. Danny sets the voice, the rules and the topics.
• Stories involving hacks, legal action, allegations, deaths or politics wait for a person to approve them before they go live.
• AI can make mistakes, especially with numbers and names. Every story links to the original reporting so you can check it yourself.
